Drawing on their several past “Dancing with the Stars” style events for communities from Kings Point to Cleveland Clinic, Phil and Tanya design an evening where your residents, staff, or guests become the featured stars, partnered with experienced instructors for simple, crowd-pleasing routines. Everyone enjoys the thrill of performing, cheering, and voting, while the atmosphere stays warm, supportive, and full of laughter—more about joy and connection than competition.
Teambuilding event
Spark your team’s creativity and connection with our dynamic Palmadance team-building events, where movement, music, and storytelling turn coworkers into collaborators. Our sessions begin with playful social games in a circle that loosen everyone up, break the ice, and encourage cooperation, so even the shyest team members feel included and engaged. As an athletically built teaching couple, we offer steady, reassuring physical support for elders who struggle with balance, creating a safe space where they can dance with us. We interchange dancing for you and with you, singing for you and with you. We can customize our show to any theme and holiday. We understand that, in many ways, elders are like children at heart—eager for connection, story, and fun—and we know how to reach them with kindness, rhythm, and a show that leaves their hearts lighter and more uplifted than when we arrived.

While we have many lovable characters who can visit your event or birthday party—like Solomon the Rat, Ralf the Turtle, and others—the heart of our repertoire is “Tales of Sunny Meadow – Сказки солнечной поляны,” a series of mindful stories about the Wings and Little Feet of the Sunny Meadow. Children instantly connect with adorable characters such as Dash the Dragonflyer, Bella the Butterfly, Lilly the Ladybug, Cara the Caterpillar, and Busy the Builder the Ant, and stories like “Happy Meadow Party” give them playful “keys” to personal growth and success.
